Utica Boilers’ SFH, an HVAC Magazine’s award winning boiler, is one of the most efficient, reliable and easy-to-maintain oil-fired boilers available. The SFH’s cast iron swing door provides easy access to the combustion chamber. A recessed target wall is protected from the flue-brush during normal maintenance and enlarges the chamber, contributing to the SFH’s remarkably efficient and quiet operation.

Through computer-aided design, the SFH is built with wide, easy to clean flue-way passages. And, the SFH boiler can be ordered with a tankless hot water coil which provides an abundant, inexpensive supply of domestic hot water.

The SFH has been designed to accommodate any one of several modern, high performance oil burners. As with all Utica Boilers, the SFH features long life cast iron heat exchangers, durable metal push nipples, and reliable Honeywell controls.

Dual magnesium anode rods - Inhibit corrosion and maximize tank life. Electrolysis attacks the anode rods, not the welded seams of the tank.

Double pressure tested - Only Bock pressure tests its tanks twice.

Fully welded tank skirt - prevents noxious flue gases from escaping between the tank and jacket.

Center flue design - reduces tank flex for longer life.

Fiberglass insulation - decreases standby heat loss.
